1. Acceptance of terms By accessing or using Bali Choices (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

3. Vendor listings Vendors are solely responsible for the content of their listings, including pricing, availability and imagery. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed if they violate our guidelines.

4. Reviews & community content Reviews and community posts must reflect genuine personal experience. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, promotional or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Paid packages Upgrade packages are billed as described at the point of purchase. Package benefits (such as listing limits, badges and placement) apply for the stated duration and are not transferable.

6. Limitation of liability The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it, and we are not a party to transactions between customers and vendors.

7. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
