All Bali Rentals is a free website that lists villas, houses and apartments for rent in Bali, by the month or by the year. It answers a simple problem: most rentals in Bali are posted in Facebook groups and nowhere else. The same villa shows up in five groups, the price is somewhere in the text, and yesterday's posts are already buried under new ones.
The site collects public rental posts from Bali Facebook groups and puts them in one place. When the same place is posted in several groups, those posts are merged into one listing. Each listing shows the type of property, the area, the number of bedrooms and the published monthly or yearly price. When a post gives no price, the listing is marked "Price on request" instead of showing a guessed figure. Listings older than 45 days are left out, because Facebook posts carry no "rented" signal.
Visitors can browse by area, by type of property and by length of stay. Areas range from Canggu, Pererenan, Berawa, Ubud, Kerobokan, Umalas, Seminyak, Uluwatu and Sanur to quieter places like Sidemen, Amed or Lovina. There are dedicated pages for monthly rentals and long term rentals, and pages that combine an area, a type and a duration, such as villas for rent in Canggu by the month. Filters cover budget, bedrooms and duration.
Guest houses, homestays, coliving properties and kosts are listed separately. They come from Google Maps and property websites. Each guest house page shows the source and the date the information was checked, along with facilities and monthly or yearly rates when the property publishes them. Nightly prices are never converted into monthly or yearly rates.
All Bali Rentals also publishes a rent index: the median monthly rent by area and by number of bedrooms, computed from the current listings. Each area has its own rent prices page. Alongside it, a set of guides covers how to rent in Bali, where to live, how to avoid rental scams, leasehold versus freehold, long stay visas, rent by season and the cost of living for a single person, a couple or a full year.
All Bali Rentals is not an agency. It does not own, manage or visit any property, and it takes no fee or commission. Every listing links back to the original rental post, the property website or its Google Maps page, so renters contact the owner, agent or property directly. Owners and agents can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed through a dedicated page. The site is not affiliated with Facebook or Meta.
The site is for people looking for a place to stay in Bali for a month or longer: digital nomads, expats, couples and retirees who are moving to the island or staying for several months, and who would rather not scroll through a dozen Facebook groups every day.
